Your information will be sent to the Employee Activity Assn. Mail Order Center (EAAMOC) to verify eligibility to shop on our membership website. Please give the EAAMOC a few days to verify your eligibility. If you are not a member, please visit our store to purchase a membership before completing this registration. If you are unable to use the store, you can email us at info@eaamoc.com or click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the website and request that a membership application be emailed to you.

Once your membership to the EAA has been verified you will receive an email letting you know you are cleared to shop online! If you are not a member of the EAA you will not be able to shop on our membership site.

The form below allows you to create a profile which is necessary to place orders. Do not forget that this information is essential to use our services correctly. Also, please note that your email address will also be your username. We look forward to servicing your requests.
